This feature DOES NOT apply to:
landlines
verified phone numbers (a phone number that you only use for outgoing calls)
PastorsLine shared short code
Pastorsline shared toll-free number
When enabled, this feature will have the incoming call ring in the PastorsLine app and call the forward number concurrently. You must turn on Call Forwarding to enable Concurrent Call.

What happens when a call is declined or not answered?
The call goes to voicemail: https://help.pastorsline.com/en/articles/5619520-v3-settings-user-settings-voicemail
When call forwarding is enabled, if the person to whom the call is forwarded declines the call on their device, the call goes to their personal voicemail. If you want the call to go to the PastorsLine voicemail, just let it ring.
What about the greeting I have set up?
Greetings work as usual: https://help.pastorsline.com/en/articles/5452540-v3-settings-user-settings-greetings
