You can transfer numbers away from PastorsLine (as discussed in this article). You would need to ensure you don’t cancel your account with us. 

PastorsLine, like many other providers, uses Twilio to process your SMS messages and act as the registrar for the numbers. 

There are two main ways to transfer/port away a number.

Scenario 1: If you are going to another project which uses Twilio

Transferring from a platform that uses Twilio to ours can be a faster process.
