Step 3

The Integrations page will open.

HOW TO WORK WITH THIS PAGE

If this is the first time you are using the Integrations page, hang tight for a moment.

If you are an experienced PastorsLine partner, this page should look familiar. This is because the Integrations page is an embedded page brought over from the PastorsLine Legacy app. So, you work with it in the same way you have been working with it in the past.

NOTE: To refresh the page, click on the purple Reload button in the top, right-hand corner of the page.

First-time Partners (or anyone who needs a refresher)

THE TOP OF THE INTEGRATIONS PAGE

In image above...

Turquoise 1: This part will change depending on your PastorsLine plan. Basically, it gives you information about how many integrations your plan includes and how the integrations work.

Brown 2: You will only see this line if you are the PastorsLine account owner. Admins and users do not have access to this function. This article explains all: https://help.pastorsline.com/en/articles/4790381-auto-merge-pastorsline-contacts

Gold 3: In the image above, there are three (3) tabs -- Premium, Free, Alpha. Here is an explanation of what those categories mean: https://help.pastorsline.com/en/articles/2497788-how-many-simultaneous-integrations-can-i-enable-at-the-same-time-in-pastorsline

THE REMAINDER OF THE INTEGRATIONS PAGE

The content will depend on your PastorsLine plan. In general, there will be sections showing 1 or more integrations. For example:

Here is a list of helpful articles. Choose the one(s) relevant to you.

FULL UPDATE 2022.10.21: SYNC ADDRESSES AND SYNC BIRTHDAYS

PastorsLine now gives you the option to sync addresses and/or birthdays with your ChMS integration.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

(1) This is a ONE TIME PROCESS. It cannot be reversed or turned off.

(2) The sync will be 1-or 2-way depending on your integration.

NOTE: You cannot add people on the PastorsLine side to 1-way in groups.

Breeze

2-way syncing of first name, last name, email, phone number and date of birth. (Using a data capture will update these fields in Breeze.)

1-way syncing of address (only pulling info in from the ChMS, so data capture will not update these fields in Breeze)

CCB

2-way syncing of first name, last name, email, phone number, and date of birth. (Using a data capture will update these fields in CCB.)

1-way syncing of address (only pulling info in from the ChMS, so data capture will not update this field in CCB)

Elvanto

1-way syncing of first name, last name, email, phone number, and address (only pulling info in from the ChMS, so data capture will not update profiles in Elvanto)

2-way syncing of date of birth

Mailchimp

1-way syncing of first name, last name, email, and phone number (only pulling info in, so data capture will not update profiles in Mailchimp)

2-way syncing of date of birth

No integration with address at this time.

PCO

2-way syncing of first name, last name, email, date of birth and phone number. (Using a data capture will update these fields in PCO.)

1-way syncing of address (only pulling info in from the ChMS, so data capture will not update these fields in PCO)

To sync addresses or birthdays, toggle on the button.

An override alert will appear (see images below).

Address

Birthday

Click ENABLE AND SYNC ADDRESSES / ENABLE AND SYNC BIRTHDATES to continue.

DON'T SEE THE TOGGLE BUTTONS?

That means someone has already toggled them on. Since this is a one-time action, the buttons disappear after they are toggled on.
