There are many ways to add people to a PastorsLine (PL) group.
I. Add a person who is not already part of your PastorsLine people
1.1 Use a keyword which adds them to a group | 1.2 Import them into a group | 1.3 Sync via an internal integration |
People can text a keyword to your PastorsLine number or one of the shared PL numbers to opt in. | Are your contacts in a .csv file? You can import them into PL. | Set up an integration and sync your people. |

II. Add a person who is already part of your PastorsLine people
2.1 Bulk copy them into a group | 2.2 Manually add them to a group |
Add members to a group via the People tab in the Groups view.
Click on the 3-dot Action Menu. Click on Add Members. | Add people one by one via the Groups tab in the People view.
Click the group(s) you want to put the person in and click the purple Confirm button. |
III. Add someone who is 'hidden'
When you click on a person to add them to a group you may see the following message: "Already added to the group but hidden". This means they were removed from the group for some reason. Use 'hidden' to find out more: https://help.pastorsline.com/en/articles/6501463-v3-hidden
