Click on the detail line of the group you wish to work with. We clicked on the first group, All Kims (blue box in image above).
The screen will refresh to the details page of the group whose detail line you clicked (blue box in image below
HOW TO WORK WITH THIS PAGE
This page has many layers because it can have up to 6 tabs.
Each layer has lots of information and editing options. The best way to learn about this page is to look at the explanations below. Then, if you still need more help, go to our Help Desk and ask a question. We will try our best to give you the article you need to get your specific action done.
Note: 2022.01.28 - The name "Details Log" was changed to "Change Logs".
PEOPLE TAB
Look at the gold box in the left-hand image below. At the moment, the PEOPLE tab is highlighted. Thus, we see information about the people in this group.
The above images are the two halves of the People tab. Let's look at them in more detail.
ABOUT TAB
Gives more information about the group itself.
INTEGRATIONS TAB
In addition to details about the integration history, you can edit some sync options.
CAMPAIGNS TAB
In addition to details about the campaigns associated with this group, you can edit some campaign settings.
MESSAGES tab
In addition to your messages history with this group, you can send them a new message.
CHANGE LOGS tab
See a log (list) of the actions done regarding this group.

As you can see, this page has many icons.
