Basic info about a group: creation date, creator, filters, # of people, # of campaigns, connected to which integrations, etc.

How to get to the About tab

Step 1

Log in to PastorsLine.

Step 2

Click on GROUPS (blue box in image to the left).

By default, PastorsLine will open to the All Groups category, table view.

If you wish to change this default to your preference, click here.

Here is an example of the All Groups page, table view:

Step 3

Click on the detail line of the group you wish to work with. We clicked on the first group, All Kims (blue box in image above).

The screen will refresh to the details page of the group whose detail line you clicked (blue box in image below

Notice that there is a row of tabs (yellow box in image below). Click on the About tab.


Working with the About tab

Note the the second tab, About, is highlighted.

There are 7 different sections under this tab.


Group Info

See basic info about the group: name, creation date, and creator.

Hovering around around the Full Group Name reveals an Edit (gold oval in image below). Click on Edit to change your group name.

Make your changes on the relevant line. Then click Save to update your group name.

Filters

The Filter box contains a variety of different filters and the number of persons in the group that are categorized under that filter. For instance, in the image below, it shows '0 blocked'. This means no one in this group has been blocked. We can also see '1 mobile' which means 1 person in this group joined with their mobile number. You can also click on each filter to see more information.

People

This box tells you the number of people in the group. In this example, there are two group members.

Hovering around the header brings up the Manage option (brown oval in image above). Click on Manage to open the People tab and view more information.

Campaigns

The Campaign box shows the number of ongoing campaigns. In the example below, there are zero campaigns.

Hovering around the header brings up the Manage option (black oval in image above). Click on Manage to open the Campaigns tab and view more information. See example in image below.

Integrations

This box show the integrations connected with this group. In our example, it is PastorsLine. Others can be Breeze, CCB, Elvanto, Mailchimp, and/or Planning Center. Hovering around the header brings up the Manage option (blue oval in image below). Click on Manage to open the Integrations tab and view more information.

Latest Message

This box displays the last message sent to the group and how long ago it was sent. Hovering around the header brings up the Manage option. Click on Manage to open the Messages tab and view more information. You can also click on the message that appears in the box directly to view it.

Change Logs

The Change Logs box allows you to monitor changes made in the group and who made those changes.

Hovering around the header brings up the Manage option. Click on Manage to open the Change Logs tab. See image below.
