This page gives information about a group.

HOW TO FIND THIS PAGE

Step 1

Log in to PastorsLine and go to your Dashboard.

Step 2

Click on GROUP (group of people icon, gold box below).

Step 3

Click on the category/sub-category you wish to look at. In our case, we clicked on Regular (turquoise box and line above). From the sub-menu which opened, we clicked on PCO (cream box and line above).

Step 4

Click on the name of the group for whom you wish to see their details. In this case, there is only one choice.

Step 5

The details will open to the right.

HOW TO WORK WITH THIS PAGE

This page has many layers because it has 5 tabs (turquoise box below). Each layer has lots of information and editing options. The best way to learn about this page is to look at the explanations below. Then, if you still need more help, go to our Help Desk and ask a question. We will try our best to give you the article you need to get your specific action done.

At the moment, the PEOPLE tab is highlighted. Thus, we see information about the people in this group.

ABOUT tab

Gives more information about the group itself.

INTEGRATIONS tab

In addition to details about the integration history, you can edit some sync options.

CAMPAIGNS tab

In addition to details about the campaigns associated with this group, you can edit some campaign settings.

MESSAGES tab

In addition to your messages history with this group, you can send them a new message.

DETAILS LOG tab

See a log (list) of the actions done regarding this group.
