Sending a voice broadcast is a two-step process. First, our PastorsLine system organizes and queues the broadcast for sending. This takes 1-2 minutes. Next, the actual sending to contacts takes place. The calls will be processed at a "1 call per second" rate until all the calls have been made.

Example: You are sending a voice broadcast to 100 contact phone numbers. There is a 1-2 minute general process time. Then, the calls go out, 1 call per second. For 100 calls this will be 100 seconds or a little more than 1.5 minutes. So, it will take 3-4 minutes to complete a voice broadcast process for 100 calls.
