You may have received an email indicating that your syncing was skipped due to the following missing CCB API service.


This new CCB API service is now required and allows us to know which duplicate profiles were merged in CCB so we can remove those profiles in PastorsLine. 

At this time, we are still syncing your data even if this specific email indicated that it was skipped. It's a temporary override only for this new service. In the near future, this new CCB API will be required before we initiate any syncing.
