Let me walk you through how to add toll-free numbers to your account.

Step 1
Log in to PastorsLine.
Step 2Click on your thumbnail image / icon / initials in the bottom, left-hand corner of your screen (gold #2 in image to the left).

The Numbers page will open.

Step 1: To search for a toll-free number:
To return the most results to choose from, keep it more general:
Click on the Country desired.
Click on Number (not Location), and leave this field blank, or enter in your desired toll free prefix (ex: 800, 833, 844, etc) if you want to see if a specific number is available.
Match To: can be left as "First Part of Number:
For Type, click on Toll-Free.
Step 2: Click Search.
A list will populate. You can refresh to get another page of results.
NOTE: To search for a toll-free ‘vanity’ number (with text included such as the keyword ‘GRACE’, or if you want the number to start with 1-800), type the keyword you wish to look for in the blank. Then, in MATCH TO, click on the position in which you wish this keyword to appear.
At the moment, we do not have a lot of vanity toll-free numbers to offer, so it is likely that there will be no search results returned.
In that case, your best bet is to purchase a vanity, toll-free number from an outside vendor, and transfer it to us. This HelpDesk item has several toll-free services as well as how to transfer.
Step 3: Click on the number you want to use.
Step 4: Complete the information required (account, nickname). Then, click on Activate Number.
Step 5: Complete the process as with any additional number: Set up your call forwarding, voicemail, and personalized greetings on the next screen. Here is help about setting this up. Click Continue or Skip this step (going back later as desired).
Step 6: A2P 10DLC
At the moment, we need some information from you, so we can register your toll-free number into the A2P 10DLC system.
Once this information is submitted, your toll free number will go into "Pending status" while we wait for the mobile carriers to approve your number. While it is in pending status, you should see less carrier filtering, but it is still likely that some of your messages will be blocked until the number is fully approved by the carriers.
Once approved, your messages (sent from your toll-free number) to be delivered to your people and not be filtered by the carriers as spam. This process can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to fully approve.
