This happens when you need to change the ownership of the account.
Once the New owner has received the confirmation email and confirmed the change, their "old" user account will be made into an "Admin +" user, which is the same access as an owner, and you will also see an "Owner" user listed with an auto-created forwarding email address "@client.my.pastorsline.email". This email address will auto forward all emails to the new owner's admin+ email.
Nothing with your log in or communications from us change when this email is created.
