V3: How to change an email for Billing / Invoices

Updating the billing / accounting / treasurer's email address from your Billing page.

The email registered for billing will receive invoices for payments made on PastorsLine.
Editing this email is done on your Billing page.

How to get to your Billing Page

Step 0: Log in.

Step 1: Click on your thumbnail (gold box and #1 in image below).

Step 2: Click on Billing (turquoise box and #2 in image below). If you do not see this link and need to, please be in touch with the owner/admin of your PastorsLine account for access.

The Billing page will open (fuchsia #3 and arrow in image below).

You can also get to the Billing page from your Dashboard.

Step 1: Start on your Dashboard (gold box & 1 in image below).

Step 2: Locate the Credits section (turquoise box in image above). Here is a closeup:

If you have permission to see the Billing page, you will see a purple Billing link in this section. If you do not see it and need to, please be in touch with the owner/admin of your PastorsLine account.

You can also locate the Sitemap section of your Dashboard and click on Billing (turquoise box in image below).


NOW THAT YOU ARE ON YOUR BILLING PAGE...

Step 1

Locate the Treasurer Email section (turquoise box in image above) and click on Edit (turquoise arrow in image above).

The Edit Treasurer's Email box will pop up.

Step 2

Make your changes on the entry line. Click Save to confirm your actions or Cancel to go back.
