Anyone can call or text your PastorsLine phone number(s) just like any other phone number. To help ensure against calls and messages that aren’t intended for you, we wait at least two months before recycling phone numbers, so that the former owner can update their records. In addition, we monitor each reserved number until it reaches an acceptably low number of contacts.
That said, some customers may still see unwanted contacts on their PastorsLine number. If you experience these issues, here are some tips:
Block Incoming Calls / Messages
You can block calls from specific people.
| Step 1: Most likely, you will be in one of the following views - Messages, Text Voice (see blue box in image to the left). |
| Step 2: In the second column, choose your filter (yellow arrow in image to the left).
Step 3: In the third column, choose your call/text thread. |
Step 4: In the caller/texter thread, expand to the edit box if needed (blue box and arrow in image below).
| Step 5: Click on the Actions menu.
Step 6: Choose Block from the pop-up options. |

Change your PastorsLine Phone Number
If none of the above options work for your use case, you can add/change your number.
