V3: Why is there a blue dot next to one of my views?

Explanation of the blue dot you see next to People, Groups, etc.

In the image below, there is a blue dot at the top right of the People view and another one at the top right of the Group view (turquoise arrows in image below).

These blue dots mean that there are unresolved conflicts, and you need to take action to resolve them. For example, two or more people with the same phone number.

I. People view example

If we click on the People view icon, the expanded categories include one named Unresolved Conflicts (turquoise box in image below).

These are profiles (people and their details) which you need to review.

II. Groups view example

If we click on the Groups view icon, we see a turquoise "i" next to one of our groups. This is the icon for "Information".

If we hover over this icon, more information is displayed (turquoise box in image below).
