HOW TO GET TO THE PEOPLE VIEW
From the PastorsLine dashboard, click on People (person icon, pink box in image below).
LOOKING AT THE COLUMNS
Column 1 is basically the dashboard icons.
COLUMNS 2&3
In Column 2 are the filters available within the Groups view. As you can see, we have opened the Integrations filter to reveal several sub-sections. The sub-sections you see will depend on the integration(s) you have set up with PastorsLine.
In Column 3 you will find the groups within the filter(s) you chose.
USING COLUMN 2
Notice the blue arrow in the image below. The arrow is pointing to the Integrations downward arrow. When this filter was closed, the arrow pointed to the right. An arrow pointing to the right means that there are more sub-filters within this filter.
So, since each of the integrations has an arrow pointing to the right, we know that if we click on one of the integrations, we will find further sub-filters.

Favorites: your most frequently contacted people

MultiApp Profiles: People who appear in more than on of your integrated ChMSs/RMSs.

Phone Type: This is the type or status of the phone number. If it has been checked and is valid, it will appear in a category. If it has not been checked, it will appear in "Unchecked". If checked and a problem, it will appear in "Format Error".

Integrations: People categorized by your PastorsLine integrations | None | People not associated with any ChMS or other integration. |

Opt-In Status | Texts | Unsubscribed: Someone who was opted in to receive your email marketing campaigns but isn't currently. Either the person unsubscribed by replying "Unsubscribe" or your church unsubscribed them. You can re-subscribe them if needed.
Opted Out: The person replied "Stop" or another word which removes them at the carrier level. Only they can resume by replying "Start".
Opted Out Likely: The person sent something that shows they want to opt out (such as "Stop it" or "Please stop" but did not reply with the EXACT word needed. Since it is not the exact word, the system cannot take any action automatically. We flag it here for your review. |

Unsubscribed: Someone who was opted in to receive your email marketing campaigns but isn't currently. Either the person unsubscribed by replying "Unsubscribe" or your church unsubscribed them. You can re-subscribe them if needed.
Non-subscribed: Someone who has interacted with your church in some way but hasn't opted in to receive your email marketing campaigns.
Cleaned: A non-deliverable email address. |

Archived: People who have been archived. Archived is a soft delete on the PastorsLine side only. It can be undone at anytime.
You or your staff can manually archive someone via PastorsLine. For more general info on archive, click here. This is available for all integrations.
NOTE: If you can make someone inactive / deleted / archived in your integration app (term will differ depending on your integration app), they will disappear from PastorsLine completely. In other words, they will be deleted in PastorsLine.
Unresolved Conflicts: People who appear as duplicates and are awaiting your review and action sorted by app or integration.

HOVERING OVER A PERSON SHOWS...
1 - The ChMS that is synced with this person (if there is one)
2 - Their phone number (if there is one)
3 - The Archive icon (box with downward arrow)
