This is done on your Billing page.
If you know how to get to your Billing page, jump to the 'how to'.
HOW TO FIND YOUR BILLING PAGE
Step 1: Log in.
Step 2: Start on your Dashboard (gold box & 1 in image below).
Step 3: Locate the Credits section (turquoise box in image above). Here is a closeup:
If you have permission to see the Billing page, you will see a purple Billing link in this section. If you do not see it and need to, please be in touch with the owner/admin of your PastorsLine account.
You can also locate the Sitemap section of your Dashboard and click on Billing (turquoise box in image below).
The Billing page will open:
NOW THAT YOU ARE ON YOUR BILLING PAGE...
Step 1: Locate the Transaction Details section.
Step 2: Click on View Receipts Only (turquoise box in image above). You will be redirected to the Receipt Details page. If you have receipts, they will be displayed.
To view your old invoices, click on Old Invoices (turquoise arrow in image above).
If you click on Old Invoices, you will be directed to this sign in screen:
PRINTING CURRENT INVOICES:
If you got to an invoice via the View option above, here is how to print a hard copy for your records:
Once the invoice opens, you can take and then print a screenshot of the receipt/invoice. You can also save the URL of the document and handle it within an app of your choice. There is currently no direct Print button on the PastorsLine app.
PRINTING OLD INVOICES:
If you got to an invoice via the Old Invoices option above, here is how to print a hard copy for your records:
The Paid Invoices page will open up (image below). Click on View of the relevant receipt (blue column below).
The invoice you chose will open up (image below). Click on the printer icon (blue circle below) to print your invoice.
