NOTE ABOUT RELEASING NUMBERS
You can now release a number even if it is your primary number.
In other words, it is possible to have a PastorsLine account with zero (0) numbers.
HOWEVER...
If you have enabled (toggled on) the PastorsLine shared short code and/or the PastorsLine shared toll-free number, you will not be able to release your number. A default number is required when using either of these items.
So, first you would need to:
(1) Either add an additional local or toll-free number or a hosted landline
OR
(2) Go to Admin settings - Organization Profile; disable (toggle off) your use of the short code / toll free number.
Afterwards, you will be able to release the number.
How to get to this page
After logging in to PastorsLine, click on My Profile (thumbnail at bottom of left-hand most column, gold box & #1 in image below). Then click on Numbers (Admin) (turquoise box & #2 in image below).
How to release a number
| Step 1: Locate the number you wish to release.
Step 2: Hover at the end of the detail line to reveal the 3-dot action menu.
Step 3: Click on the red Release.

| The Release Number? confirmation box will pop up.
Step 4: Type RELEASE (all caps) in the type in box. Then click on the purple Yes, Release button to confirm your action |
If you do not see a 3-dot action menu at the end of the detail line...
| You will see an Edit. Click on it to reveal the number detail popup.

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom. Click on the red Release Number.

Step 3: Type RELEASE (all caps) in the type in box. Then click on the purple Yes, Release button to confirm your action

| If you see a pop-up such as the image on the left instead, it is most likely because you have enabled (toggled on) the PastorsLine shared short code and/or the PastorsLine shared toll-free number, you will not be able to release your number.
