Here are the two fastest ways to do this:
OPTION 1 Click on Campaigns (lighting bolt icon, turquoise box in image below).
| OPTION 2 From your Dashboard, in the Add New section (turquoise box in image below), click on Campaign.

In either case...
Click Create New Campaign (fuchsia box in image below).
Several campaigns will show from the drop-down menu as shown in the screenshot below. Select the type of campaign you would like to create from the list.
