When you resize your app window (make it larger or smaller), PastorsLine rearranges the information and data items to be as pleasing and easy to work with. This means that the way things look may change depending on the size of your app window.
This article lists these differences. We might have missed one or two so apologies in advance!

Messages View: New message - Add template
If you click on Add Template (turquoise box in image below), what you will see depends on your window size.

The action menu appears to the right of the screen (turquoise box in image below). You click on the icon to Insert, Edit, or Delete the template.
 | There is not enough space for the action menu to appear.
 If you do a regular click on one of the templates, it will be added to your message.
If you do a long click (click and hold) on one of the templates, you will see the following screen:  Now you can perform the action you wish.
