The filters will change depending on the page/view you are looking at. However, the logic is the same: choose options to show only the information you are interested in at the moment.
Groups View
   | Click on the filter you wish to use. A pop up box will open with further options. For example, if we click on By Name, the will see this pop up box:
 We would then click on the sub-filter we want.
