Log in to PastorsLine.
Click on Dashboard (gold box & #1 in image below) --> Locate the Sitemap section (blue box & #2 in image below) --> Click on Organization Profile (fuchsia box & 3 in image below).
HOW TO WORK WITH THIS PAGE
THE ORGANIZATION INFO PANEL
You can edit each of the items in this panel except for Your Role.
| If you hover around an item, an Edit appears (brown arrow in image to the left). Click on Edit to make changes. Then click Save to update. |
Let's look at this panel from the top down..
| Edit logo: Upload a logo if you wish. (optional)
Organization First Name: This is the Full Name of your organization. This information is seen by all users on the account.
Organization Short Name: This field will allow up to 24 letters. This short name will be part of the unique signature created when reprocessing (resending) failed messages via a short code in cases of filtering by the mobile carriers. Read more about this here.
Treasurer Email: Contact information of the person to receive PastorsLine invoices, etc. (optional)
Default Country: Choose from the dropdown menu if different than the default which is the United States.
Address: Your organization's official address.
Your Role: not editable here |

Note that sometimes hovering opens a Manage and sometimes an Edit.
Manage: Clicking on this link takes you to a new screen. You will do your editing there.
Edit: Clicking on this link allows you to edit right there.
MY OTHER ORGANIZATIONS
 | The total number of your organizations registered on PastorsLine.

USERS
 | The total number of PastorsLine users for this particular organizations per role.
Manage them via the Settings / Admin Settings / Users page. |
Shortcode/Toll-free
Both items are editable as per the details below.

| In this section, you decide what happens to failed messages. You can turn this part off.
US PHONE NUMBERS Currently, there are 3 options: reprocessing (resending) via the PastorsLine short code, reprocessing via a toll-free number, and do not reprocess.
If you turn reprocessing on, using a Short Code is recommended.
NON-US PHONE NUMBERS Currently, there are 2 options: reprocessing (resending) via a toll-free number, and do not reprocess. The PastorsLine Short Code only works in the US.
Step 1: Hover over the area to reveal the Edit; then click on it. Step 2: The dropdown menu will open. Step 3: Click on your preferred option. Step 4: Click on Save to keep your update or X to return without changing anything. |

 | The number of phone numbers connected to your PastorsLine account.
Cannot be managed from this page. |
ORGANIZATION SIGNATURES
 | The number of active (in use) and overall (total) signatures for text messages associated with your organization. In this example, 2 signatures were created but are not in use at the moment.
Manage signatures on the Settings / User Settings / My Signatures page. |
ORGANIZATION GREETINGS
| The number of greetings (for voice messages) associated with your organization.
Manage signatures on the Settings / User Settings / Greetings page. |
ORGANIZATION VOICEMAILS
