If you are used to PastorsLine V2, let's chat.

As you know, in V2, information was presented on one page. For example, here is part of a Contacts page:

As a result, we needed to filter things on the page itself.

One of the big changes in V3 is that we have moved away from general pages to more specific ones. Filtering is done automatically earlier in the data process to make it easier for you to drill down into your information. Here are two examples:

Contacts are already filtered by phone type. Click on the option you wish to see.

Keep this principle in mind as you move through the HOW TO below.


HOW TO

After you log in to PastorsLine...

Step 1: Click on Messages (speech bubble icon, gold box in image to the left).

Step 2: Click on Opt-in Status (turquoise box in image to the left).

Step 3: Click on the opt-in category you want. Some categories can be expanded further.

Unsubscribed: Someone who was opted in to receive your email marketing campaigns but isn't currently. Either the person unsubscribed by replying "Unsubscribe" or your church unsubscribed them. You can re-subscribe them if needed.

Opted Out: The person replied "Stop" or another word which removes them at the carrier level. Only they can resume by replying "Start".

Opted Out Likely: The person sent something that shows they want to opt out (such as "Stop it" or "Please stop" but did not reply with the EXACT word needed. Since it is not the exact word, the system cannot take any action automatically. We flag it here for your review.

Unsubscribed: Someone who was opted in to receive your voice marketing campaigns but isn't currently. Either the person unsubscribed by replying "Unsubscribe" or your church unsubscribed them. You can re-subscribe them if needed.

Do not call: People who do not want to be called for some reason or other.

Subscribed: Someone who is opted in to receive your email marketing campaigns

Unsubscribed: Someone who was opted in to receive your email marketing campaigns but isn't currently. Either the person unsubscribed by replying "Unsubscribe" or your church unsubscribed them. You can re-subscribe them if needed.

Non-subscribed: Someone who has interacted with your church in some way but hasn't opted in to receive your email marketing campaigns.

Cleaned: A non-deliverable email address.
