If you are used to PastorsLine V2, let's chat.

As you know, in V2, information was presented on one page. For example, here is part of a Contacts page:

As a result, we needed to filter things on the page itself.

One of the big changes in V3 is that we have moved away from general pages to more specific ones. Filtering is done automatically earlier in the data process to make it easier for you to drill down into your information. Here are two examples:

Contacts are already filtered by phone type. Click on the option you wish to see.

Contacts are already filtered by integration. Click on the option you wish to see.

Keep this principle in mind as you move through the HOW TO below.


HOW TO

Step 1: Log in to PastorsLine V3.

Step 2: Choose the view you want - Messages, Voice or People.

Step 3: Click on Opt-in Status.

Messages View

Click on Messages (speech bubble icon, gold box in image to the left).

Click on Opt-in Status (turquoise box in image to the left).

Voice View

Click on Voice (phone icon, gold box in image to the left).

Click on Opt-in Status (turquoise box in image to the left).

People View

Click on People (person icon, gold box in image to the left).

Click on Opt-in Status (turquoise box in image to the left).

Step 4: Click on the opt-in category you want. Continue to expand by clicking on the downward arrows.

If you are in Messages view, you will see this.

In this example, the subcategory Blocked cannot be expanded further as it does not have a downward arrow. The other subcategories can be.

If you are in Voice view, you will see this.

In this example, the subcategory Blocked cannot be expanded further as it does not have a downward arrow. The other subcategory can be.

If you are in People view, you will see this.

In this example, the subcategory Blocked cannot be expanded further as it does not have a downward arrow. The other subcategories can be.
