Owners and Admin+ can already add, edit or delete cards, pay invoices, purchase credits or change the subscription. But if they want to give those privileges to another user on the account, they can easily do that.

*ONLY Owners and Admin+ users have the access to grant Admins billing privileges.*

Step 1: Log in to PastorsLine.

Step 2: Click on your thumbnail picture or initials (gold box in image to the left).

Step 3: Then, clock on Admin Settings (turquoise box in image to the left).

Step 4: Click on Users (see image to the left). The Users page will open up (see image below).

Step 5: Hover over the user you want to give billing privileges to. You will see the Action Menu (3 dots in turquoise box in image below). Click on those dots.

Step 6: From the open Action Menu, click on Edit User.

The User Detail box will open up.

Step 7: Scroll down to the bottom of the box and toggle on the button Allow User to Manage / Pay with Credit Card(s) on File. The button will turn purple.

You have now given that user permission to manage and pay using the credit card on file. For instructions on how you can add a card on file, click HERE.
