HOW TO FIND THIS PAGE
Step 1
Log in to PastorsLine.

Step 2: Click on your thumbnail or initials (gold # 2 in image to the left).
Step 3: Click on User Settings (turquoise #3 in image to the left). |
 | Step 4: Click on Admin Settings (turquoise box in image to the left). |
 | The screen will refresh.
Step 5: Click on Security.
The Security page will open. |
HOW TO WORK WITH THIS PAGE
If this is the first time you are using the Security page, hang tight for a moment.
If you are an experienced PastorsLine partner, this page should look familiar. This is because the Security page is an embedded page brought over from the PastorsLine Legacy app. So, you work with it in the same way you have been working with it in the past.
NOTE: To refresh the page, click on the purple Reload button in the top, right-hand corner of the page.
First-time Partners (or anyone who needs a refresher)
TO BLOCK A PHONE NUMBER
 | STEP 1 Enter at least 3 numbers of the phone number you wish to block. |
 | STEP 2 In our example, we are going to block the phone number 11111.
Note that PastorsLine (PL) is now searching for this number key (turquoise box in image to the left).

STEP 3
Choose the number you wish to block from the returned number list. Make sure to scroll down to the bottom in case you don't find the number at the top of the list.

You will receive a confirmation that the number is now blocked.
You will also see it in the Blocked Numbers list.
TO UNBLOCK A PHONE NUMBER
Step 1
To unblock all numbers in your list, check the All Numbers box (brown box in image above.
or
To unblock only specific numbers, check the box on the line of those numbers (gold box in image above).
Step 2
Click on Unblock (turquoise box in image above). Your numbers will be unblocked and removed from your Blocked Numbers list.
TO EXPORT A BLOCKED PHONE NUMBER
***NOTE: Exporting numbers does not change their status. They will still be blocked within the PastorsLine system.***
Step 1
To export all blocked numbers in your list, check the All Numbers box (brown box in image above.
or
To export only specific blocked numbers, check the box on the line of those numbers (gold box in image above).
Step 2
Click on Export (turquoise box in image above). Your blocked numbers will be exported as a .csv file.
