On the billing page, we give you access to your plan details, settings and previous invoices, a history of the major transactions including credits you purchased and used for your phone number(s).

HOW TO GET TO YOUR BILLING PAGE

***You will need permission to see the Billing page. If you do not see it and need to, please be in touch with the owner/admin of your PastorsLine account.***

Option 1: From your thumbnail

1A: Via the Billing link

1B: Via Settings

Step 1: Click on your thumbnail (turquoise #1 in image above).

Step 2: If you have permission to work with the billing page, you will see a Billing link under your credits (gold box & #2 in image above). Click on it.

To work with the Billing page, here are your next steps.

The Setting options will open.

Step 3: Click on Admin Settings.

Step 4: If you have permission to work with the Billing page, you will see it as one of your options (turquoise box in image above). Click on it. If not, you won't.

Option 2: From the 3-dot More Menus

Step 1: Click on More Menus (3-dots & turquoise 1 in image to the left).

Step 2: Click on Settings (gold box & #2 in image to the left).

The Settings options will open.

Step 3: Click on Admin Settings.

Step 4: If you have permission to work with the Billing page, you will see it as one of your options (turquoise box in image above). Click on it. If not, you won't.

NOW THAT YOU ARE ON YOUR BILLING PAGE...

You will see details such as:

The name of the plan you are on (yellow box above). In this case, the name is Velocity.

The number of credits included per month or year---depending on whether you are on a monthly or annual plan (blue box above). In this case, this plan includes 5000 credits each month.

The total number of credits you have available for use at that moment (brown oval above). In this case, 873 credits are still available for use.

You can also edit the card on file, edit the treasurer's email address (the email that needs to receive invoices / receipts), view receipts, and upgrade or downgrade your plan (blue box above).

Need more credits this month only? Click on Buy More Credits (blue oval above) to buy a one-time, bucket of credits which is purchased as needed.

Click the drop down arrow to see and select your options:

Under "transaction details", you will find a history of all major credits you purchased and used for your phone number(s). You will see the plan purchased, the price of the plan, how many credits either added or used, invoice numbers and the date of the transaction. You will also see subtotals before each new billing cycle. More information about how the plans and credits for numbers work HERE.

At the moment, we do not break down the used credits by user or groups, but you can calculate your credit usage HERE.
