Changing your PastorsLine plan is easy and can be done at any time.

Before we walk you through it, we want to double check a few things:

1. Have you just completed a free trial? If so, you got here by accident. The information you need is in this Help Desk article.

2. Are you at the end of your free trial and wish to extend for 14 more days? The information you need is in this Help Desk article.

3. Do you want to downgrade your plan? No problem, but please read this article first, so you understand what you will be losing out on.

4. Are you clear about what your options are? Here is information about the plans we offer just to make sure.

OK, great, let's continue. To change your PastorsLine plan, simply follow these steps.

Step 1. Log in to your PastorsLine account.

Step 2: HOW TO GET TO YOUR BILLING PAGE

Using V2?

Now click here for the remainder of the process.

Using V3?

Click on your thumbnail picture or initials (gold box in image to the left).

Then, clock on Admin Settings (turquoise box in image to the left).

Click on Billing (see image to the left).

Continue as below.


NOW THAT YOU ARE ON YOUR BILLING PAGE...

Step 3. Under the Plan information graphic choose the "Upgrade / Downgrade" option.

Step 4. Choose between monthly and yearly plans and then select "CHOOSE THIS PLAN" under the plan you have decided on.

Step 5. Fill out your Payment details and select "Charge"

Now you're all set!
