Due to the way mobile carriers determine and then block/filter spam messages, we recommend that anyone who wishes to send messages to several hundred people per day should enable secondary numbers. This is Step 1 in minimizing the randomness of mobile carrier filtering.
In addition to enabling secondary numbers, we have added an additional free option.
Now you can automatically resend failed texts due to carrier violations.
Most times when the carrier blocks your message, they send an error code back to our application. Once received, we would automatically reprocess the texts which were reported as blocked by a carrier.

What happens if someone texts-in or calls this toll-free number?
Nothing! It would not be processed. If you want to control this and gain the power of using toll-free numbers, then you can buy one and import it to us. We can also add one to your account.
Will my audience get confused if they receive texts from a new number?
To minimize the chances that someone would be confused, we will include your original sender's number in the message.
e.g. If you originally sent a message ("test, normal number") to a person from (717) 833-6011 and that message was blocked by a mobile carrier, we would then reprocess this message using a toll-free number assigned to your account e.g. (855) 340-6493.

Are there any additional fees to using this assigned toll-free number?
No, we're not charging anything extra to use the assigned toll-free number. When we reprocess a message, we are only charging 1/2 a text credit for each 1 message.
Do I need to pay for both my local number and my new toll-free number?
Not at all! You can keep both phone numbers active, but we'll only bill you for the primary number(s).
