ALREADY USING THE PASTORSLINE MOBILE APP
If you are already using the mobile app, no need to download again.
However, you should make sure that you are using the latest version.
| If you are already logged in to our mobile app, click on Opt-in to Biometric Login (blue box in image to the left). You will be prompted to complete the process. |

STARTING FROM THE BEGINNING
Step 1: Download the PastorsLine Mobile App from your mobile app store.

Step 3: Sign in to PastorsLine.

Step 4: You will be asked to enable biometrics / face id / fingerprint log in.

Step 5: You will be signed in via biometrics / face ID / fingerprint log in.

Step 6: Choose your organization.

Step 7: You will be logged in.

Step 8: To log out / or turn off biometrics click the three dots More menu on the bottom right row. It will expand to further options as shown in the images below.

To sign out and KEEP biometrics: Choose "Sign Out".
To sign out and DISABLE biometrics: Choose "Sign Out & Opt Out From Biometric Login".
The examples below show the 'Sign Out' option: user is signed out BUT biometrics is still enabled.
