V3: 3-dot Action Menu in Messages

The three-dot action menu in the Pastorsline Messages section enables you to perform several actions with your text messages at once.

2. Click on the Messages icon (turquoise box in image below).

Click on Messages icon on the left.

3. Click on the 3-dot Action Menu on the top right of the dashboard (turquoise box and arrow in image below).

Click on the 3 dots Action Menu on the top right of the dashboard.

4. Once clicked, your options will pop up from the Menu as shown in the screenshot below: Select Multiple, Mark all as read, Mark all STOP as read and Filter by Number.

Once clicked, four options will pop up from the Menu as shown in the second screenshot.

Filter by number

Option 1: Select Multiple

By clicking Select Multiple, you will have an option to perform one action to all your selected messages. These actions are found in the purple Actions Menu which displays once 1 or more groups is chosen (see turquoise box in image below).

Option 1: Select Multiple

For example, you can mark all messages as read under the ''Mark as Read'' drop down or Send Message to the selected contacts. Other actions you can take include creating a group, call broadcast etc.

Click on Mark as Read

Option 2: Mark all as read

This option marks all messages as read in your Inbox.

Option 2: Click on Mark all as read

Option 3: Mark all STOP as read

This action enables you to mark all messages as read for the contacts that have blocked their line from receiving your messages. If there were unread messages from blocked contacts, this action will automatically mark those messages as read.

Option 4: Filter by Number

This option enables you to filter your text messages by one or more numbers.

Option 4: Click on Filter by Number

Select the number(s) you would like to filter.

The numbers filtered will appear.
