Whether you are in the column or table view, you will be able to use the multi-select option.
HERE IS HOW IT WORKS IN GENERAL
Next to each message, person, or group in your list is a square box.
Click it to select all the messages, people or groups you wish to perform the action on.
Note that once you select at least one group or person, a counter is added (turquoise box in image below). If you click on the downward arrow, a menu opens giving you more multi-selection options.
Notice that there is also an Actions menu to the top or right (turquoise box in image below).
Open the Actions menu and choose the action you need. PastorsLine will perform that action on all the people or groups you have selected.
NOTE>>> The actions in the action menu will vary depending on the category you are in and the items you select.
In other words, the actions you will see depend on the shared 'characteristics' of the messages/groups/people you have chosen.
Here is an example:
 | Jason is marked as a favorite (see the heart icon in his detail line).

| So, if we choose Jason and open the Action Menu, we see Remove from Favorites as one of the possible action options. |
| This person is not a favorite yet (no heart icon). |
| If we choose this person and open the Action Menu, we see that Mark as Favorite is one of the possible action options. |
| HOWEVER >>> If choose both of these people and open the Action Menu, we will only see the action options that are SHARED (in common) with both of them.
 As a result, NEITHER Mark as Favorite or Remove from Favorites is available.
CONCLUSION: If you want to see ALL the action items available for a person, you need to choose that person individually (on their own). |

Here are some random examples. We chose different combinations to give you an idea of what is possible.
Messages
COLUMN VIEW: Messages --> All Messages --> We selected two messages. --> We opened the Actions menu.
We can now choose any of the actions. PastorsLine will perform it for the two messages we selected.
Voice
COLUMN VIEW: Voice --> All Messages --> We selected three messages. --> We opened the Actions menu.
We can now choose any of the actions. PastorsLine will perform it for the three messages we selected.
People
COLUMN VIEW: People --> Phone type --> Landline --> We selected three people. --> We opened the Actions menu.
We can now choose any of the actions. PastorsLine will perform it for the three people we selected.
TABLE VIEW: People --> MultiApp Profiles --> Elvanto --> We selected three people. -->

You can take action on several people who are members of a group.
