If you have completed the Hosted Number Order process and no longer want to host a number on PastorsLine, you can disassociate the number from PastorsLine by removing the number from your account.
You will need to have permission to do this.
 | Click on your Thumbnail in the bottom corner of the left-hand panel.
Click on Numbers from the pop up menu (turquoise box in image to the left). |
Hover at the end of the line of the number you wish to release. Click on the Edit which appears (gold box in image below).
Click on Release Number at the bottom of the pop up box (turquoise arrow and box in image below).
The number will be in the released status for 3 days until the number is no longer registered to the PastorsLine network.
