If you are trying to send a message to multiple groups, check out this article HERE

You might have created a men’s group or a woman’s group and now you want to message all the contacts listed in that group.

There are several ways you can accomplish this. You can use the "new" button at the top of your screen, you can select the group you want to message in the groups page, or you can search for the group to message in the inbox.

To message a group from the inbox:

  1. In the inbox, you can search for your group by either using the group filter in the inbox (to view previously messaged groups) or you can use the search bar to search for the name of the group you wish to message.
  2. Once your group comes up, click on it. This will create a new conversation box to create your message in.
  3. At the top of the box, you will noticed the name of the group, and the number of recipients in that group.
  4. You can now type your message and choose to send now or schedule it.

To message your group by using the "Groups" page:

  1. In the groups page, click the box next to the group you wish to message.
  2. click "Send SMS"
  3. You will now be brought into the inbox, and a new conversation box will be created.
  4. At the top of the box, you will noticed the name of the group, and the number of recipients in that group.
  5. Type your message and choose to send now or schedule it.

To message your group using the "New" button (not recommended in the current version - improving this option soon):

  1. Click the "New" button on the top right of your screen.
  2. Select "Message"
  3. A new conversation box will appear and in the search bar, you can search for the group you want to add by the group name.
  4. Once you click on the group, they will be added to the right of the screen. Click the "x" next to the search bar once you are finished adding your group to the message.
  5. You can remove recipients by clicking the "trash can" icon next to the name of the person or group.
  6. You can now type your message and choose to send now or schedule it.
  7. After you send your message, under the "group edit" tab, you can change the group's name, add a keyword and/or sync with an external app.

*Using this method will currently create a NEW group in your groups page as well.
