To keep things processing smoothly, keep the view to Show 25 per page (brown box below).

Step 3

Click the Gear icon. Note that the default is that ALL the options are checked.

Step 4

UNCHECK all the options EXCEPT the following as desired: Show Opted Out, Show Blocked, Show Unsubscribed (gold box and arrow below).

The PastorsLine app will filter your contacts as per your chosen filters. One the purple "working" symbol disappears (below), refresh your page.

The refreshed page shows people who have opted out and/or unsubscribed and/or been blocked.
