If you are the owner of the account, you can release your short code keywords.
1. When logged into V3, select More Menus (three-dot icon, gold circle in image below). Then select Shortcode Keywords (gold box in image below). You can also hover over More Menus (three-dot icon, gold circle in image below) to bring up the menu and then select Shortcode Keywords (brown arrow in image below).
The Shortcode Keyword page will open.
TO RELEASE/DELETE A SHORTCODE KEYWORD
Click the X (gold box in image below) next to the keyword you would like to release/delete from the account.
