In addition to using call forwarding, you can also use your PastorsLine account to make outgoing phone calls as well as send voice broadcasts. 

Currently you need to use the website to make phone calls, but we will be adding that feature to our mobile app as well. 

To make a phone call from the HUB (if using inbox 1.0, scroll down for your directions and screen shots):

1. Search for the person you want to call in the inbox (you can search by name or phone number). 

2. From the search results, click the contact you want to call and you will see the "call" icon in the details.

3. Next, the call box will pop up and you will see your call settings and options. If you have multiple numbers on the account, you can choose the "from number". 

You will also see how many credits per minute this phone call will "cost". Click the green "phone" icon to make your call. 

4. Once you are finished with the call, click the red "phone" icon to hang up. 

5. You can view call the history (and duration of the call) in the conversation box as well.

For Inbox 1.0:

  1. Search for the person you want to call in the inbox (you can search by name or phone number). 

2. From the search results, click the contact you want to call and you will see the "call" icon in the details.

3. Next, the call box will pop up and you will see your call settings and options. If you have multiple numbers on the account, you can choose the "from number". 

You will also see how many credits per minute this phone call will "cost". Click "Call" to make your call. 

4. Once you are finished with the call, click "cancel" to hang up. 

5. You can view call the history (and duration of the call) in the conversation box as well.
