We currently integrate our billing management, so you can access your billing portal through your PastorsLine account.

How to View/Print Invoices

Step 1: Log in.

Step 2: GO TO YOUR BILLING PAGE.

Using V2?

The Billing page will open up.

If you cannot see this option, that means you do not have access. You will need to be in touch with the owner/admin of your PastorsLine account.

Now click here for the remainder of the process.

Using V3?

Click on your thumbnail picture or initials (gold box in image to the left).

Then, clock on Admin Settings (turquoise box in image to the left).

Click on Billing (see image to the left).

Continue as below.


NOW THAT YOU ARE ON YOUR BILLING PAGE...

Step 3: There are many options for viewing your receipts/invoice - see brown and gold boxes below. Clicking either option will bring you to the Receipts page.

Step 4: Click on View of the relevant receipt (brown box below). Click on Old Invoices (blue box below) to find any not listed on the Receipts page.

PRINTING CURRENT INVOICES:

If you got to an invoice via the View option above, here is how to print a hard copy for your records:

Once the invoice opens, you can take and then print a screenshot of the receipt/invoice. You can also save the URL of the document and handle it within an app of your choice. There is currently no direct Print button on the PastorsLine app.

PRINTING OLD INVOICES:

If you got to an invoice via the Old Invoices option above, here is how to print a hard copy for your records:

The Paid Invoices page will open up (image below). Click on View of the relevant receipt (blue column below).

The invoice you chose will open up (image below). Click on the printer icon (blue circle below) to print your invoice.
