You are able to add a "nickname" (or change an existing nickname) for each of your phone numbers. This helps you label each number with a word that reminds you what it is used for.

Step 1: Log in to your PastorsLine account and click on your user name (top, right-hand corner of your screen). A dropdown menu will open. Click on Numbers (yellow box).

Step 2: The Numbers page will open. We are going to create a nickname for the number in the blue box. Click on Edit (gear icon, red circle).

Step 3: The Edit call forwarding page will open. We are not going to do anything else besides change the nickname. Type in the nickname you want (blue box).

We are going to use the nickname Demo Number (blue box). Then, click Continue (yellow box).

The Continue button will turn purple.

Step 4: On the next page, we are just going to click FINISH at the bottom (green arrow).

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Finish.

The Finish button will turn purple.

You will return to the Numbers page. You can now see that this number has the nickname we chose (blue box + red box).

The steps are the same EXCEPT in Step 3, the Nickname line will show the nickname which your number already has. Simply type in a different one and continue as above.
