It's a new required CCB API service that our app needs. For now, we are still syncing your data. In the future, this new CCB API will be required and will add a layer of protection to minimizing or eradicating duplicate data. That is, we will NOT create a new profile in CCB, unless we run a search to attempt to match the records. This is a specific case we encountered.
