Depending on which options you have turned on, the following will give you a breakdown of the number of credits you will use. Credits are based on 160 characters or less.  1 text message sent that is 160 characters or less = 1 credit used.

The Recipient Texts your keyword to your number:
This costs 1 credit

First Message:
Because we are not waiting on a reply from the recipient, the first message and the name capture (or first data capture option you have turned on will always be sent as a combined message). If the first message plus the name capture message combined is less than 160 characters, it will "cost" 1 credit. If they are more than 160 characters combined, it will cost accordingly (50 characters = 1 credit, 160 characters = 1 credit, 161 characters = 2 credits, 320 characters = 2 credits, etc.)

Recipient replies with their Full Name

Email Capture (if turned on):
This message is sent after the recipient responds back with their full name. Same rules as above apply (50 characters = 1 credit, 160 characters = 1 credit, 161 characters = 2 credits, 320 characters = 2 credits, etc.). This step typically uses 1 credit.

Recipient replies with their Email address
This costs 1 credit

Address Capture (if turned on)
This message is sent after the recipient responds back with their email address. Same rules as above apply (50 characters = 1 credit, 160 characters = 1 credit, 161 characters = 2 credits, 320 characters = 2 credits, etc.). This step typically uses 1 credit.

Last Message (if turned on but we recommend using it)
This last message is sent after the recipient responds back with their birthday. Same rules as above apply (50 characters = 1 credit, 160 characters = 1 credit, 161 characters = 2 credits, 320 characters = 2 credits, etc.). This step typically uses 1 credit.
