If you follow this path, you will see all of your groups in two tabs: PastorsLine Groups and Groups in External Apps.

WHAT WILL YOU SEE?
The view has 2 tabs: All Groups in PastorsLine and Groups in External Apps.
External Apps Groups view
PastorsLine Groups view
This view will list all the groups which are synced with the PastorsLine app.
Yellow 1 in image above—Click on the purple Add button to add a new group.
Yellow 2 in image above—Click on More for these options:
Yellow 3 in image above—Click on Select for global actions.
If you click on All, you have the following options:
If you click on All Visible, you have the following options:
Yellow 4 in image above—Click on the magnifying glass icon to search. Since we are on the PastorsLine groups tab, this search will return PastorsLine groups which match the search keyword(s).
It will also point to possible External groups which may match. For example, we type in Anne.
We get the following results:
No PastorsLine groups were found. However, click on the purple Groups in External Apps link to see possible matches.
To see more details about a PastorsLine group...
Click on the detail line of a group. The groups page of that group will open. For example, if we click on the first detail line for the group All People edited, we will see the following page:
External Apps Groups view
This view shows you "the groups that PastorsLine found in the external apps that you have integrated and have not yet been synced to PastorsLine" (blue box in image below). Notice that on the group's detail line there is a purple Sync Now button. Click on it to perform a manual sync.

Yellow 3 in image above—If you are sure you have added a group in your external app but it is not showing up, click on Refresh to update to the latest results.
Yellow 4 in image above—Click on the magnifying glass icon to search. Since we are on the External Apps tab, this search will return External Apps groups which match the search keyword(s).
If no results are found, you will see the following message: "Nothing found. Don't see what you are looking for? Refresh Data". Click on the purple Refresh Data link to complete this action.
It will also point to possible PastorsLine groups which may match. For example, we type in Unclassified.
