V3: Campaign - Edit Keywords

Editing or changing the content of your campaign is done on the Campaigns page. There are many ways to get there. Here are the two fastest methods.

Log in to PastorsLine.

OPTION 1

Click on Campaigns (lighting bolt icon, turquoise box in image below).

OPTION 2

From your Dashboard, in the Add New section (turquoise box in image below), click on Campaign.

Then, locate the campaign you wish to edit/change. On the detail line, click on the Options dropdown menu (gold arrow in image below). Choose Edit (turquoise box in image below.)

Below are several full examples:


Example 1: How to edit keywords in a Contest

Step 1. In the KEYWORD section, edit the Keyword.

Step 2. Fill in the information you need in the spaces provides. In this example, we will edit the Keyword.

Step 2. Click on Save once you have made your changes.

Step 3. Click on Save once you have made the changes.

Example 2: How to edit keywords in a Data Capture campaign

Step 1. Click the dropdown menu under ADD KEYWORD(S), and then edit the keywords by adding new ones or deleting the existing keywords.

Step 2. Edit the information you want in the boxes or edit the Keyword. In this example we will edit the Keyword.

Step 2. Click on Save once you finish making your changes.

Example 3: How to edit keywords in a Keyword/ Autoreply campaign.

The keyword option must be toggled on. In the image below, there is a keyword for local numbers (turquoise box in image below) but no keyword for the PastorsLine short code (gold box in image below).

Step 1. For an existing keyword, either delete or edit it. To add a new keyword, toggle on the keyword button and type your keyword in the relevant space.

Step 2. Find the keyword(s) from the spaces provided. You can either delete the keyword or edit it.

Step 2. Click on Save once you have made your changes.

Step 3. Click on Save.
