"Likely eligible" gives you information about how many in your group will probably be able to receive text or voice messages based on the filters chosen.

In the example above, the text filters are:

  • Unsubscribed via text is false - the person has not unsubscribed

  • Opted out via text is false - the person has not opted out

  • Blocked is false - the person has not blocked SMS

  • Archived is false - the person is not archived

  • Number type is not 'unformatted' - the number is formatted

  • Number exists - the number exists

Since we are using 'and' for all, each of the 6 conditions must be met.

In the example above, the voice filters are:

  • Unsubscribed via voice is false - the person has not unsubscribed

  • Do not call via voice is false - the person has not opted out

  • Blocked is false - the person has not blocked voice messages

  • Archived is false - the person is not archived

  • Number type is not 'unformatted' - the number is formatted

  • Number exists - the number exists

Since we are using 'and' for all, each of the 6 conditions must be met.

NOTE: THE STATS WILL NOT ALWAYS BE THE SAME.

Since your people may have different preferences for text and voice messages, the numbers are often not the same.
