SYNC A NEW GROUP: Unsynced groups in external apps
You may have some groups that are in the external app(s) that you have integrated but have not yet been synced to PastorsLine. To sync them:
1. Click on Groups.
2. Click on All Groups.
The All Groups page will open.
3. Click on the Groups in External Apps tab (blue box in image above).
4. Click on Sync Now to sync your external groups (yellow arrow in image above).
5. The following form will pop up. Complete it and click SAVE to confirm your action.
BEST WAY TO SYNC MULTIPLE GROUPS AT A TIME: Sync new or existing via the Integration page
This is the best way to sync multiple groups at a time.
Step 1: Log into PastorsLine.
Step 2: Get to your Integrations page.
| Hover over Integrations (left-hand most column).
Click on Manage My Integrations. |
Step 3: The Integrations page will open up, showing all your current integrations.
Integrations are now separated into Active and Inactive. See blue boxes & arrows in the image below.
Since you have already set up the Breeze integration, it will be in the active section.
Step 4: Any data from PastorsLine is automatically pushed into your Breeze account. However, we only sync new data from Breeze when you tell us to.
Click either Select Tag(s) to Sync (yellow box below) or Select Event(s) to Sync (brown box below).
Step 5: Toggle on the Tags you want to be brought over as groups into PastorsLine (brown box below), and click Sync Tags (gold box and arrow below).
Step 6: Do the same for Events that you want brought over to PastorsLine as groups (brown box below), and click Sync Events (gold box and arrow below).

Search for them (turquoise box in image below).
Also try refreshing the pop-up box (gold arrow in image below).
