PastorsLine will only sync over your contacts that are active.

We would not sync inactive or deleted contacts into your PastorsLine account. In addition, during a sync with your external app, we will check for and remove any contacts that were once active but were then deleted or made inactive and would remove them from PastorsLine as well.
